Award winning director Indraganti Mohan Krishna is beginning his new film titled Astha Chemma (a game that kids play). The film stars 'Colors' Swathi in the main lead. A newcomer is playing the male lead. He is said to have been chosen through auditions. The film, a romantic comedy, is produced by former Suresh Production's employee Ram Mohan Rao. Kalyani Malik is providing music to this film.
Buzz is that a big producer is backing it and he doesn't want his name to come forth.
Swathi made her debut as heroine in Krishnavamsi's Danger and later won good name with Adavari Matalaki Arthalu Verule. But she is very choosy in her films' selection. Unless she is so sure about the director's credentials and script, she doesn't give nod to the films.
