Music of Vaana, an MS Raju-directed film, starring Vinay and Meera Chopra, is tonight released through Aditya Music. The film is produced jointly by MS Raju and Nookarapu Surya Prakash (of SPR Entertainments). Kamalakar scores the music. Dr. D. Ramanaidu released the audio CD and the first number was given to Nookarapu Suryaprakash. The CD was released by Devi Sri Prasad and financier Satya Rangiah formally purchased it. The dignitaries included Prabhudeva, Paruchuri Brothers, Seetha, heroine Meera Chopra, hero Vinay and others. The film is going to release as Sankranti gift.MS Raju said that he felt happy to be associated with SPR Entertainments for this film Vaana. "When I was directing some shots in the film, I virtually cried, or held back the tears tightly behind eyelids. I believe this will be a fantastic love story." He also thanked Jayasudha and Seetha for their superb cooperation to the movie playing the roles of mothers. He further praised the music director Kamalakar for his commitment in giving good music.
Prabhudeva profusely thanked MS Raju, "who made me director in Telugu film industry. I wish him all the best and to the venture of his son too." Devi Sri Prasad said that Sumanth Arts banner proved that it would provide luck to debut artistes or technicians. "Hero of this film Vinay is a popular and handsome hero in Tamilnadu. I hope he will repeat the magic here in AP also."
