We’ve seen Asin dancing on-screen but very few people known that Asin is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and started learning the art when she was barely three years old. Vipul Shah decided to include this aspect of her personality on screen for London Dreams. Asin’s character in the film is very close to her real life. The actress plays a conservative South Indian girl who has grown up on Carnatic music and Bharatanatyam. Vipul Shah agrees, “That’s true, Asin’s character has a lot of shades of real life. She is a trained classical dancer and like all youngsters, listens to rock and pop music. In fact, in one of our promos, Ajay Devgn calls her Sita and Geeta… as she is in her real life too.”
