Chiranjeevi in a new avatar!

It's good news for Megastar Chiranjeevi fans. Soon he can be seen in a new avatar, the unseen! Yes Chiru can be seen in an animation film in the near future. An NRI fan of his is planning to make film on Chiranjeevi in animated format.

For this he already readied the budget and other essentials it seems. If this film takes off Chiranjeevi will be the only star from India who is featured in an animation film after Rajanikanth. Sultan, an animated film with Rajni is almost completed and is set to release in next summer. This film is produced by Rajni's daughter Soundarya. So after Sultan it is going to be Chiru's animation film to hit the theatres. Both the heroes are from South and this is definitely special news for South Indian cine buffs.

NTR follows Charan!

Ram Charan's first film Chiruta recently completed fifty days run and it is well known that this film is shot at Bangkok. A major schedule for Chiruta took place in Bangkok and the next hero to go there is NTR.

His latest film Kantri is also going to have a big schedule in Bangkok, as per the sources. Incidentally both these films are produced by Aswini Dutt on Vaijayanti Movies banner.

Kantri is the first film in Telugu for director Meher Ramesh, who associated Puri Jagannadh earlier. Chiruta is directed by Puri and now Meher follows his guru's path by planning a schedule in Bangkok. Hansika is the heroine in this film and in this NTR plays a typical mass character in the lines of Pokiri and Idiot.

Music of DON in Vizag on Nov 22

After a prolonged shooting and amidst no-news-heard-recently time, Nagarjuna's DON is set for its first bang. Its audio is releasing to an electrifying function. To be held in Vizag on November 22. It's Lawrence Raghava's second directorial venture with Nag, after Mass. He not only directs, but also scores music. If the music clicks, it would definitely be a field day for Lawrence, who makes his debut as music director too. Plus, the film is set for release on December 20 - the sentimental date of Nag, ...cause on the same date his film Manmathudu was released.

Mohan Babu to play Sai Baba

Dr Mohan Babu has just played Yama in Yamadonga. Now, he will be playing Sai Baba in a special role in Vishnu’s forthcoming film.

He has said that it will be a small role towards the end of the film. However, he was excited beyond doubt to be seen as Sai Baba.

He said that his production house had also entered into television production and that it was doing rather well.

It was their intention to expand into various media activities it was disclosed. Already, Vishnu had recently started an animation house to do production work for other clients.

Venki to do a double role in his next?

There are rumours in Tollywood that Venkatesh is considering a double role in his forthcoming film. Venkatesh hasn’t done a double role in the true sense of the term and naturally, the whole industry is waiting with bated breath to find out if the rumours are true.

It is being said at the Ramanaidu Studios that once the script is finalized, Venkatesh might formally announce the film in the coming days.

It would be interesting to see a top hero in a double role as it has been a long time since we have seen the top stars playing a dual role.

Nag’s last film in a double role was a dud and Chiranjeevi hasn’t done one in a long time. But all his earlier films have been hits.

So, we can only hope that Venkatesh too will manage to woo the audiences with a double role.
