Jalsa Postponed

Pawan is doing his Jalsa in Scotland and his film Jalsa expected to be released on 28th March worldwide may be postponed.

The film is planned to release in 400 centers worldwide with 1000 prints. 2700 theatres are planned in India. The film is planned to release in every centre where ever Telugu people are living.

The film is making big release after Rajini Kanth’s Sivaji.

Reason for Mahesh’s Voice for Jalsa?

These are the various reasons that might have influenced Mahesh to give voiceover for the film Jalsa.

  1. Trivikram Sreenivas’s close friendship with Pawan and Mahesh might be one reason.
  2. Another situation where Mahesh Babu must thank Allu Arvind of Geeta Arts. Mahesh and Gunashekar made a film Arjun, but that title was with Allu Arvind. When Gunashekar and Mahesh contacted Arvind for this title, Arvind happily handed over the title to Mahesh.
  3. Another reason might be- In the same Arjun piracy case, Power star openly supported Mahesh Babu.

Kucheludu went on floors recently at Hyderabad when the news of the sudden demise of Raghuvaran reached the sets there. When super star heard the news, he was shell shocked for words. The duo has acted in many films, sometimes on the same side while in some films on the opposite camps. Superstar was drowned in sorrow and could not come to terms with Raghuvaran’s death. The entire unit observed two minute silence to mourn the death of the versatile actor.

Following this, on March 20th, Shoban Babu died while performing yoga at his residence. This news also upset the Rajini who seemed to have no words to express his sorrow. Shoban Babu’s death was also mourned by the unit.

Sakshi Telugu daily newspaper launched

N.D. Tiwari the governor on Sunday had launched Telugu daily newspaper “Sakshi” brought out in 23 multi-coloured editions by Jagati Publication of which Y.S. Jagan, son of Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, is chairman, at an impressive function at HICC.

Besides the Chief Minister, B.V. Raghavulu (State CPI-M secretary), K. Narayana (CPI secretary), Bandaru Dattatreya (BJP president), Asaduddin Owaisi, Majlis MP, were among the political leaders who attended. B. Ramalinga Raju, chairman, Satyam Group, launched the daily’s web edition.

M. Veerappa Moily, AICC general secretary in-charge of Andhra Pradesh, megastar Chiranjeevi, Akkineni Nagarjuna, N. Srinivasan, Vice-chairman and managing director of India Cements, Pullela Gopichand & Mithali Raj launched the political, glamour, women’s, business & sports pages respectively of the newspaper.
