Former Miss India in Telugu movie

The stage looks set for another beauty queen to make a grand entry into Tollywood. Sayali Bhagat, the 2004 Miss India, is making her Tollywood debut with director Devi Prasad's next venture.

Allari Naresh is playing the lead in the movie being produced by Mutyala Satya Kumar. And that's not all. Kousha and Ruthika are playing the second and third leads in the film, titled Blade Babji. Now, beauty queens are not new to Tollywood.

The likes of Susmitha Sen and Aiswarya Rai have also worked in Tollywood films in the past. Sayali will be adding to the long list. We are sure the men won't complain. Pretty women are always welcome, aren't they?

Dasavatharam with 9 Censor Cuts and 'U' certificate

Dasavatharam is nearing its release date – that is being kept under wraps until now – and Tamil version has recently underwent the censor certification. The panel members, after watching the movie, have advised 9 cuts and passed the movie with U certification. Censor scissors seem to have sheared a few scenes from the Mallika Sherawat item number. Not too surprising, given the fact that Mallika has never been in the good books of Censor Officials.

That apart, few other scenes also succumbed to scissor hands. However, according to a censor board official, the movie does not have any controversial scenes that might provoke the religious sentiments. “There are no scenes that show the idols of Hindu Gods in poor light and no idols are shown being smashed,” another official was quoted as saying.

With that Kamal’s multi-language and multi-crore summer visual extravaganza is all set to hit the screens in the first week of June. And if the legal wrangles pose hurdle, the movie would be released in the last week of June. An official announcement is expected in this regard soon.

Sharukh Khan follows Rajini Kanth?

While Sharukh plays Rajini’s role, Irfan Khan has been signed up for Jagapathy’s character. Priyadarshan is donning the director’s cap Andhra Studio. Com. Chiranjeevi says Charan understands me - definitely I am great

I have an habit. I take my remuneration only after completing the entire movie. Once Jitendra told me with surprise .. it wouldn't be possible in Bollywood. None of the producers have failed to pay me so far. Once during the shoot of Kirai Rowdeelu, I had shortage of money. Not because I didn't have it but I could not collect it. Surekha asked me 5-6 thousand rupees. I asked 2 producers who told me some reasons. Then Rayapa Raju adjusted it.

To talk about my investments .. I have invested in Chennai Honey House, bought some lands. I paid lakhs when I bought them but their value is in crores now.Your are reading this article in Andhra studio. Com. My investments made more money than what I earned so far. Sometimes I wonder if I am great or my investments are great .. definitely I am great .. because I have fans who are more valuable than the investments. Real estate is the best investment. Their value never goes down and we don't need to spend time on it. My aim is to build a big studio or a multiplex. It would have been good if I bought land near Hitech City when it was cheap. Land values appreciated by 1:130 ratio.

I like spending time with my family, which gives me immense pleasure. I have visited almost all countries. If I have to choose, I like London. I don't waste money. Surekha is also similar .. she never spends money
unless it is needed. I don't gamble. Once Jitendra told me he won 2 lakhs in Las Vegas.I thought, great. Later he told me he lost 10 lakhs. I laughed. I go to Las Vegas just for fun. I donot like to gamble. I even tell Charan not to waste money for fun. That money can buy food for poor people. Charan understands me.

I don't like to display money and wealth. My house in Jubilee Hills is something I built as per my satisfaction. I like to relax in the lawn. I used to throw parties to industry friends in Chennai Honey House. Its a good way to keep in touch and to remove any miscommunications with your friends.Omega Watch, Mount Black Pen, Cartier Perfume are my favorite brands. I have saved the letters from my childhood and the gold watch given by my mom. Happiness I get from looking at them when ever I find time is invaluable. Nothing can replace it.

Other than professional work, charity gives me most happiness. I feel happy when people who took help from my trust come and express their feelings. I am able to do this charity work because I have money. If not, I would not be able to do it. I still have to do a lot. I have donated all my Thumps Up ad money to charity.I have donated all my Thumps Up ad money to charity. I feel satisfied with what ever I have achieved. God has given me more than I asked for. I am a fully content man. But I cannot sit idle. I feel restless when I don't work. Work gives me freshness and healthiness. I like to be creative.

Jagapati babu invested in kucheludu

Hero Jagapathi Babu is now going guns. He is busy with his hands full with films and is also finding enough time to do cameo roles. He has appeared in guest roles in films and they have done well at the box office.

Jagapathi also took a bigger role as well. This is the film where Jagapathi Babu invested after 'Swagatham'. Swagatham didn't do that well indeed. Let us wish Jagapathi Babu recovers his losses made in 'Swagatham'.

Director Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna is now the next big hot shot director in Tollywood after Shekar Kammula. Like Kammula, Krish, as he is popularly known; quit his job to pursue his interest in films.

His very first film ‘Gamyam‘ was a runaway hit. The film stars Allari Naresh, Sharawanand and Kamalini Mukherjee in the lead roles. The novel theme, racy screenplay and refreshingly different taking have all added up to the charm of the film. The film is still doing well even after 50 days.

Gamyam is now being remade in Hindi. Dasari Narayana Rao bagged the remake rights in Hindi. Work on the film is likely to start later this year. Krish will first work on the Venkatesh film to be produced by Ashwini Dutt. And he switches on to Hindi Gamyam only after that.

Just a few weeks ago Tamil actor Vikram had confirmed that he would be working with young director Bhaskar, of Bommarillu and Parugu fame, for his forthcoming Telugu film. The film was to be produced by B.V.S.N.Prasad.

But the latest news from Film Nagar is that Vikram has asked Bhsakar to keep the project on hold as he has two immediate projects in Tamil. The first being a film with director K.S. Ravikumar, that will begin in July and the other with none other than Mani Ratnam, which will likely take of in December this year. So it is almost sure that Bhaskar’s film with Vikram will not take of till mid next year.
