Bhavana new telugu film 'Hero'

Bhavana, the enterprising actress from Mollywood has signed her second Telugu film, titled 'Hero' with young actor Nitin as the hero.

After her debut in Tollywood with 'Ontari' opposite Gopichand, which was not a big earner, the actress had been concentrating on her Tamil career for some time.

‘Hero' to be produced by Chiranjeevi's brother in law Manyam Ramesh under the banner of Manyam Entertainments will have popular villain GV Sudhakar as director. Ramya Krishna, Brahmanandam, Kovai Sarala, Kotta Sreenivasa Rao will appear with Bhavana in this full-fledged comedy film.

Bhavana's only Mollywood film that will be on theatres this year seems to be AMMA's multistarrer 'Twenty: 20’ in which she substituted Meera Jasmine, as the heroine to Dileep.

In Kollywood, her film ‘Jeyam Kondaan’ with Vinay is scheduled for an immediate release.

Happy days team facing bad luck

Sekhar Kammula’s film Happy Days was a runaway success and it was a trendsetter of sorts in Tollywood.

But the entire Happy Days team is facing a bad period. But for Tamannaah, no other actor is happy about the way their career is moving. The film ‘Kotha Bangaru Lokam’ in which Varun Sandesh played hero is facing several problems during the shooting.

Likewise, ‘Rainbow’, where Rahul (Tyson) played the hero also could not do any business and the director is facing many problems.

Even the situation of Nikhil and Vamsi Krishna is no better. Though their films are ready in all aspects they could not hit the screen due to some problem or the other.

When it comes to heroines, Gayatri failed to get any chances as heroine and is doing a role as a Radio Jockey in one of Nagababu’s films. Monali Choudary almost settled in small screen.

As far as Sonali, she is pairing up with Banda Krishna in Vinayakudu. Though many heroes expressed their wish that they want to do a film in Sekhar Kammula’s direction, he remained vacant as he could not please any hero with his subjects.

None had expected that the fate of ‘Happy Days’ team would remain like this at this hour. The audiences had to patiently wait and watch when happy days would cheer up the ‘Happy Days’ team.

Mandakrishna gives a 48 hours deadline to kantri team

Mandakrishna Madiga has put 48 hours deadline for producer Ashwini Dutt, hero NTR and the film’s director Meher Ramesh to offer apologies for depicting Dalits wrongly in Kantri.

He said: “I can’t blame NTR for this but the producer and director are the ones who should come out and say sorry publicly.” He also demanded to remove the 3 minutes scene from the film immediately

He has shown photo prints of the said scene to the media. “I had seen the movie just the other day after I was informed by a Dalit intellectual about this. So I making this demand now,” he clarified.
